こんにちは。ゴールデンウィークはいかがお過ごしでしたか？今年は9連休の方もいて、旅行に行かれた方も多かったのではないでしょうか。そこで今日は、“遊び”スポットへの車でのアクセスをご紹介します。まず、『クレアホームズ板橋 桜雅の杜』は高速道路へのアクセスが簡単です。高速5号「板橋本町IC」へは約2分(0.7ｋｍ)とすぐに乗車できます。
板橋本町ICから主要スポットへは…
●デイズニーリゾートへ…約29分（「板橋本町IC」から「浦安IC」まで約24分 （約23.1ｋｍ）「浦安IC」よりデイズ二―リゾートまで約5分（約2.8ｋｍ）」
●お台場へ(台場IC)…約20分（「台場IC」まで約19.3ｋｍ）
●みなとみらいへ（みなとみらいIC）…約46分（「みなとみらいIC」まで約45.1ｋｍ）（※1）
高速道路へすぐ乗車できるので首都圏以外への帰省や国内の小旅行へもアクセスがいいですよね。
そして、以前通勤のアクセスで「板橋区役所駅」から「大手町」まで直通20分（通勤時）とお話させていただきましたが、その他にも都心へのアクセスも便利です。

○ 「新宿」駅へ…21分（巣鴨駅でＪＲ山手線へ乗換え）

○ 「巣鴨」駅へ…6分
となっています。都心へ電車のアクセスもよく、車での移動にも便利なこの立地は仕事・遊び両方が充実できる環境ではないでしょうか。
